One Wedding Is Forty Hours
A wedding produces more footage than any other job of its size — several cameras running through a ceremony, separate audio from a lapel and a recorder, drone passes, and hours of reception nobody has watched yet. Cutting it properly is a week of work for a day of shooting.
Which is why editing backlog is what kills wedding videographers in summer. You shoot Saturday, and the previous Saturday is still not delivered, and by August you are three weddings behind and every couple is emailing. The shooting was never the constraint.

How much does wedding video editing cost?

Which tier do most weddings need?
Gold, if there was more than one shooter — multi-camera sync is the difference most couples actually notice. Silver suits single-camera coverage. Platinum is for films where the aerials, the grade and the mix are part of what you sold.
Can you fix vows recorded badly?
Usually. Send every audio source you have — lapel, recorder and camera — and we rebuild from whichever is cleanest at each moment rather than adjusting one track. Inaudible vows are the one thing no couple forgives, so it gets the most attention.
Do you sync multiple cameras?
Yes, by audio waveform, at Gold and Platinum. Waveform sync holds across a long ceremony where clapper or timecode sync tends to drift by the time you reach the vows.
Do I get both a highlight film and a full-length edit?
Yes. A short highlight film for sharing and a full-length documentary cut of the ceremony and speeches, exported in the formats you need. Tell us the target lengths when you send the job.
Can you edit drone footage into the film?
Yes, at Platinum. Aerials are graded to match the ground cameras, which they rarely do straight out of the drone — sensor and picture profile differences show immediately on a cut.
How many revisions are included?
Up to three rounds. Most changes are music and pacing rather than technical fixes, which is what the review link is designed for — leave comments on the timeline rather than describing timings in an email.
How do I send a whole wedding?
Google Drive, Dropbox or a physical hard drive. For a multi-camera full day a drive is often simplest. Send everything including the material you think is unusable — reaction shots frequently come from it.
Can I see an edit before committing?
Yes. Send a section of one wedding — the ceremony or a speech — and we will cut it free, with no card required. Judge the audio first.
