How much does ghost mannequin editing cost?
From $1.00 per image, depending on the garment: a plain T-shirt sits at the start of the range, a lined jacket with open sleeves and a back view costs more. Large apparel catalogues are quoted at a lower rate per image.
What is the ghost mannequin effect?
It is an editing technique that removes the mannequin from apparel photos and adds back the inside of the neck, so the garment keeps its 3D shape and looks worn by an invisible person. It is also called the invisible mannequin effect.
Do I need two photos for each garment?
For the best result, yes: one of the garment on the mannequin and one of the inside of the neck. If you only have the first, we can still remove the mannequin, but the inside of the collar has to be rebuilt and will not show the real label.
How long does it take?
Most ranges are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. For a large catalogue, we agree a schedule with you before we start.
Are the images ready for Amazon?
Yes. We can deliver on pure white at the size and margins Amazon and other marketplaces ask for, or on your own store’s background.
Can you keep my whole range consistent?
Yes. Send a finished image or a store page you like, and every garment is cropped, aligned and coloured to the same standard.
Do you use AI to remove the mannequin?
No. Every garment is edited by hand by our team, and your photos are never used to train AI.
What if an image is not right?
