Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pinnacle Edits' photo and video editing services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services Provided
Scope of Work
Pinnacle Edits provides professional photo and video post-production services, including but not limited to colour correction, retouching, background removal, real estate editing, product and e-commerce editing, album design, and video editing. Specific deliverables, formats, and turnaround times are agreed for each order.
Orders and Briefs
By submitting an order, you confirm that the instructions, reference materials, and files you provide are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for results that fall short of expectations due to incomplete or unclear briefs.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial of a limited number of images. Free trial work is provided to demonstrate quality and does not guarantee identical results on larger batches, which depend on the source material supplied.
Payment Terms
Pricing and Quotes
Prices are quoted per image, per project, or per the package selected at the time of order. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change for revised scope, volume, or specifications.
Invoicing and Due Dates
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable on receipt or per the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to hold delivery of final files until payment is received in full.
Taxes and Fees
Quoted prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion fees, which are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
Revisions and Refunds
Revisions
We provide reasonable revisions to ensure the work matches the agreed brief. Revision requests should be submitted promptly after delivery. Requests that go beyond the original scope may be treated as new work and quoted separately.
Refunds
If we are unable to deliver work that meets the agreed specifications after a fair opportunity to revise, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion. Refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has been completed to brief.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. For work already in progress, charges may apply for the portion of work completed.
Intellectual Property and Files
Ownership of Your Content
You retain all rights to the original photos, videos, and materials you provide. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit these materials to us for editing.
Ownership of Edited Work
On full payment, the edited deliverables are yours to use. We may retain copies of work for backup, quality control, and dispute resolution, subject to our Privacy Policy and confidentiality obligations.
Portfolio Use
We will not publicly display your images as samples of our work without your consent. Where consent is given, we may showcase before/after examples in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Confidentiality
Handling of Your Materials
We treat all client files as confidential. Access is limited to authorised editors, and our team operates under confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations. Files are handled and retained in line with our Privacy Policy.
Non-Disclosure Agreements
We are happy to enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request for clients with specific confidentiality requirements.
Liability and Warranties
Service Standard
We perform our services with professional care and skill. However, editing outcomes can be subjective and depend heavily on the quality of source material provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business.
Third-Party Platforms
While we edit images to meet common marketplace and platform specifications (such as e-commerce or listing requirements), we do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, or ranking of any listing or content.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
