How Long We Keep Your Files
Where Your Files Arrive
Files you send us for an order or a free trial arrive through the uploader on our website, which places them in our company Dropbox account, or through our online order system. You can also share them with us through a Google Drive link.
Deleted 30 Days After Delivery
We keep your original files and the edited files so you can ask for revisions or download them again, and they are permanently deleted 30 days after we deliver the finished work. For a free trial, they are deleted 30 days after the trial edit is delivered.
Keeping Files Longer
If you ask us to keep your files longer, we keep them until you tell us to delete them.
Files Shared Through Google Drive
If you share files with us through a Google Drive link, the originals stay in your Drive; any copies we download to work on are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Earlier Deletion
If you would like your files deleted sooner, ask us through our contact page or at privacy@pinnacleedits.com, and we will delete them.
Photos You Use With Our Free Tools
Our free tools work differently: they run in your browser, so the photos you use with them never reach us, and there is nothing for us to keep or delete.
How We Use Your Information

Chat Assistant
An AI Assistant
Our website and order system have a chat assistant. It is an AI assistant: it answers from our published information and, when you are signed in to the order system, your own order status.
What Happens to Your Messages
Your messages are processed by an AI service provider that does not use them to train its models. Chats are deleted 90 days after the last message. We never send order titles, file names or your contact details from your account to the AI service.

Cookies and Tracking
We do not set any cookies of our own. The cookies you may encounter here belong to services we embed. Google Analytics is the one service that loads with your first page view: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it sets no cookies until you accept, and elsewhere choosing Reject switches it off and deletes its cookies. Everything else loads only after you accept. Until you do, or if you decline, those services are never requested and set nothing on your device.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer, which clears your choice and asks again. Services already running in the current tab stop at your next page load. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
International Data Transfers
Pinnacle Edits operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries where our servers and service providers are located, including India and the United States.
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where personal data is transferred outside the EU and EEA.
