Property Video
Walkthroughs cut on motion, every room graded to match, drone exteriors integrated, your branding overlaid and the music licensed. Portal and vertical versions from one master.
Why Video Sells
A photograph tells a buyer what a room looks like. It does not tell them that the kitchen opens onto the garden, that the third bedroom is up a second staircase, or how far the bathroom is from anything. Layout is what people actually want to understand before booking a viewing, and only a moving camera conveys it.
Which is why the edit lives or dies on flow. A tour cut as a series of separate clips with dissolves between them tells you nothing about how the house connects. Cutting on motion — leaving one room while already moving into the next — is what turns footage into a walkthrough somebody can hold in their head.
The unglamorous half is colour. Every room is lit differently: daylight through a window here, warm bulbs there, cool downlights in the kitchen. Ungraded, a tour lurches between blue and orange at each doorway, which reads as cheap even to viewers who could not say why.
Working on the stills too? Those are per-image services — real estate photo editing, drone and aerial from $2.50, and 360 virtual tours from $2 per pano.
What Is Included
Room-to-room moves cut on motion so a walkthrough flows as one continuous journey rather than a slideshow of clips separated by dissolves.
Window daylight, warm interior bulbs and cool downlights corrected per room, then matched across the property so the tour does not shift colour at every doorway.
Drone exteriors cut in as the opener and the closer, graded to match the interior footage — which straight out of the drone it never does.
Room labels, square footage, key features, agent branding and contact details, set in your agency template rather than a generic font on every listing.
Properly licensed tracks chosen to match the property, cut so transitions land on the beat. Portal takedowns for unlicensed audio are avoidable and expensive.
The full tour for the listing plus a vertical cutdown for social, each exported to the length and aspect ratio its destination needs, from one master.
When To Use It
How It Runs
Interior walkthrough clips plus any drone exteriors. Send it all in shooting order if you can — it tells us the route you walked without a written brief.
Agency branding, font, colour, intro and outro cards, and the details you overlay on every listing. Set once and applied to every property after.
Walkthrough assembled and cut on motion, every room graded and matched, aerials integrated, text overlaid and licensed music laid under.
Up to three revision rounds. Most changes are running order — which room opens the tour matters more than anything else in it.
Common Questions
Property video is quoted per property, because a two-minute apartment tour and a five-minute estate film with aerials are different jobs. Agencies listing regularly get volume rates — tell us your monthly listing count and we will quote per property.
Two to five minutes for most listings. Beyond that, viewers drop off before the garden. If a property genuinely needs longer, a shorter portal version plus a full-length one usually works better than one long cut.
Yes, usually as the opener and the closer. Aerials are graded to match the interior footage, which they never do straight out of the drone — different sensor, different picture profile, and it shows immediately on a cut.
Yes. Send your template once — font, colours, intro and outro cards, agent details and the overlays you use on every listing — and it is applied to every property after that without you re-sending it.
Yes, properly licensed tracks chosen to suit the property. Unlicensed audio gets listings muted or taken down on the portals and on social, which costs far more than the licence does.
Yes, and it is most of the grading work. Daylight windows, warm bulbs and cool downlights are corrected per room and then matched across the property, so the tour does not lurch between blue and orange at every doorway.
Yes, cut from the same master. Portals and social have different length and aspect requirements, and a vertical cutdown produced in the same pass is much cheaper than commissioning it separately.
A video is a directed walkthrough — you decide the route and the pace. A 360 tour lets the buyer navigate themselves. They answer different questions and many listings use both. Tour editing is priced separately from $2 per pano input.
Yes. Send one property and we will cut it free, with no card required. Watch whether the layout is clear by the end — that is what the video is for.
