Corporate and Promotional
Brand-consistent motion graphics, narration timed to picture, footage matched across sites and handheld smoothed out. Business, promotional and training video, typically 2 to 10 minutes.
Why It Is Different
Corporate video is the only format where the edit is judged by a committee. A creator decides alone whether a cut works. A company video goes to marketing, then the brand owner, then legal, then somebody senior who was not in any earlier conversation and wants the opening changed.
That changes how it should be built. Graphics come from your actual brand assets rather than a stock template, so the brand conversation does not happen at all. Narration is timed to picture properly, because a video that drifts a second out of sync reads as cheap to precisely the people who signed off the budget. And review runs on a timestamped link, so six people comment on the timeline instead of sending six emails that contradict each other.
The technical work is mostly rescue. Corporate footage tends to be shot across several locations by whoever was free, which means office fluorescents in one shot, a window-lit meeting room in the next and a factory floor after that. Matching those into one coherent piece is the bulk of the grade.
Filming an event rather than a promo? That is event video editing. Cutting it down for social afterwards is short-form editing from $20 a video.
What Is Included
Your fonts, palette, logo treatment and lower-third style applied consistently, so a video made this quarter matches one made last year without anyone rebuilding a template.
Animated titles, statistics, process diagrams, org charts and product callouts — the visual layer that makes an abstract point land in a way a talking head cannot.
Scripted narration timed against the visuals so the picture changes on the line it belongs to, rather than a second late for the whole eight minutes.
Office fluorescents, meeting-room mixed lighting and factory-floor sodium all corrected and matched, so a video shot across three sites reads as one piece.
Handheld walkthroughs, factory and site footage smoothed out. Corporate video is often shot on the move by whoever was available, and it shows without this.
Modules chaptered, screen recordings cut in, subtitles added, and long sessions broken into segments people can actually be asked to watch.
Who It Suits
How It Runs
Raw footage, plus your logo files, fonts, colour codes and any existing videos to match. The brand kit matters more here than on any other format.
A script, a rough narrative order, or just what the video has to achieve and who is watching it. We will come back with a structure if you do not have one.
Assembly, narration timed to picture, motion graphics built to your brand, footage graded and matched across locations, and audio mixed.
Timestamped review so stakeholders can comment on the timeline rather than sending conflicting notes by email. Revisions come back in the next pass.
Common Questions
Corporate video is quoted per project rather than off a rate card. A three-minute talking-head piece with light titling and a ten-minute launch film with animated data and a full graphics package are different jobs. Send the footage and the brief and we will quote the real number.
Yes, and it is the first thing we set up. Send your logo files, fonts, colour codes and any videos you want matched. Graphics are built from your actual assets rather than adapted from a template, so the brand review is uneventful.
Yes. Animated titles, statistics, process diagrams, org charts and product callouts. If you have a figure that needs explaining, animating it usually lands better than having somebody describe it to camera.
Yes. Send the narration and we time the picture to it, so visuals change on the line they belong to. If you only have a script and no recording yet, send it anyway — it tells us the structure before the edit starts.
Yes, and it is the most common corporate rescue job. Office fluorescents, window-lit meeting rooms and factory sodium all render differently. Grading them to one look is usually the bulk of the work on a multi-site film.
Yes. Walkthroughs, site and factory footage shot on the move are stabilised as standard. Corporate video is often filmed by whoever was available on the day, and unstabilised handheld is the clearest tell.
Yes. Modules chaptered, screen recordings cut in, subtitles added and long sessions broken into segments people will actually watch. Training content lives or dies on structure more than production value.
Through a timestamped review link, so everyone comments on the timeline rather than emailing separate notes. It removes most of the ambiguity that turns a two-round edit into a six-round one.
Yes. Send footage for one video and we will edit it free, with no card required. It is the fastest way to find out whether we can hit your brand standard.
