What file formats do you accept?
We accept RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.), JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and PSD formats.
How long does editing take?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Photo rush is +$0.25 per image for 12 hours or +$0.50 per image for 6 hours. Video rush is priced in your quote.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Photo revisions are free and unlimited, requested within 5 days of delivery. Video projects include three revision rounds within the same 5 days. If the quality still isn't right, you get your money back.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and strict confidentiality protocols.
