1. NDA Protection (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

We offer signed NDAs to all our clients – no matter how big or small the project. Upon request, we’ll sign a mutual NDA or provide our standard version to protect your data and client confidentiality. Your content will never be shared, reused, or published – guaranteed.

2. SSL-Secured File Transfers

We use high-level SSL encryption across all communication and file transfers. Whether it’s uploading, downloading, or collaborating, all connections are protected via HTTPS. Your data stays encrypted during transit and at rest.

3. Secure Cloud Storage with Dropbox & WeTransfer

We use only globally trusted platforms for file exchange:

• Dropbox Business (256-bit AES encrypted storage)
• WeTransfer Pro (SSL encryption + password-protected links)

All files are stored temporarily for editing and deleted within 30 days of project completion (or sooner if requested).

4. GDPR, CCPA & International Privacy Compliance

We are fully followed with:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – EU/UK)
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act – USA)

This means:

• We never sell or share data
• You have the right to request data deletion at any time
• Your content is handled with full transparency and accountability

5. Optional Dedicated Folder Access

For agencies and larger clients, we can create:

• Dedicated Dropbox folders
• Version control logs
• Team-specific access permissions

So you have total visibility and control throughout the editing process.

Data Deletion Policy

Once a project is complete and delivered:

• Files are stored securely for 30 days in case of revisions
• Upon request, we delete all raw and edited files immediately
• You will receive written confirmation of data deletion if needed
